Frozen Sweet Potato Casserole Aldi
Frozen Sweet Potato Casserole Aldi – With the holiday season in full swing, we’re all starting to focus on what foods will be gracing our holiday tables this year. There are many classics, from the classic roast turkey to baked ham to creamy potatoes and green beans. The menu also includes less traditional dishes such as wild rice with fruit, cheese and pumpkin souffle.
Once you’ve decided on your holiday menu, which depends on how many meals you’ll have this season, the homemade versus store-bought question comes up. Of course, we all love to cook from scratch, but sometimes it’s a good strategy to buy some holiday foods that require more effort. For the past few years, Aldi shoppers have loved a special side dish available in the store’s freezer section. This is a sweet potato casserole topped with candied nuts. According to the Instagram account that follows Aldi’s finds, the perennial favorite is back in stores and shoppers couldn’t be more excited.
Frozen Sweet Potato Casserole Aldi
Aldi is loved by many shoppers for its delicious prepared foods, including pumpkin and sage ravioli and beef and bean burritos. Last holiday season, customers brought back another frozen option, the sweet potato bowl, and now that it’s back in stores, they’re sharing their excitement on Instagram.
Crispy Baked Sweet Potato Fries
Yesterday, @aldiallthetime posted a photo of the dish with the caption: “I’ve heard raves about this sweet potato bowl.” Commenters quickly agreed. User @thedealstalker wrote: “I want to buy 10 of those sweet potato bowls. So good,” and @simplyjassy added: “That sweet potato bowl is my favorite.” Meanwhile, @theamazingaldi’s post about the dish sparked just as much excitement. @feedthelovelc wrote: “I bought two!”
After reading these rave reviews, we’re ready to check a box or two. But questions remain. Can they last until Thanksgiving and set everyone on fire? I have been a fan of Aldi for as long as I can remember. There are two Aldi supermarkets within a 32 mile radius and I visit them at least once a week. Some of you may not know about Aldi, but they are the country’s low cost leader. When you shop there, you’ll find products of the highest quality but at unbelievably low prices. In this day and age, I think all we want is a great product at a low price. Aldi has you covered!
Did you know you can do all your holiday shopping at Aldi? Although I’m not hosting Christmas this year, I will be going to my mother-in-law’s house for the annual Christmas Eve dinner. Every year I am in charge of bringing snacks to the families. So this year we decided to ask Aldi to help us find the perfect holiday treat. By shopping at Aldi, you can save time and money while preparing delicious holiday meals for your family.
Frozen Carrot And Sweet Potato Blend
There’s no need to serve a main course on Christmas Eve, but we checked out Aldi’s offerings as we searched for great side dishes. I found a delicious ham that is perfect for a holiday meal. When I saw the price, I wanted to buy ham for dinner after the holidays.
Then I started buying things I really needed at Aldi. I ended up buying the season selection sweet potato bowl with praline. I looked at the picture on the box and knew I had to buy this as a side dish. The final decision to buy the sweet potato bowl was easy because it looked so delicious and it was under $5 for a large appetizer.
So I went looking for easy pasta side dishes to make. The holidays are all about making life easier because you’re busy with other things like gift shopping. Finally I found the Regano pasta. This is a clam-shaped pasta with a white cheddar cheese sauce mixture. My husband’s family is Italian and known for being picky, so this pasta should please them. So the night I bought it I did a pre-test and it got 5 stars from the whole family. Again, for the combination of taste and price, you really can’t beat it.

Next, I perused the sparkling alcohol-free cocktail aisle and found Nature’s Nectar Sparkling Blueberry Juice Cocktail, a delicious blend of four juices. After just one sip of the sparkling water, I was hooked! Although my Aldi doesn’t sell wine (selling wine in supermarkets is illegal in Rhode Island), they do offer a great selection of wines across the country. We also have an extensive wine selection, offering great wines at low prices to satisfy any wine lover. Their wines include:

Don’t Forget the Kids If you’re planning to have kids at your event, make kid-friendly foods that adults can enjoy too, like Aldi’s Mini Thanksgiving Recipe with Cranberry Glaze. Packed with great flavor in bite-size pieces (and kid-friendly). Or, if you have picky eaters on your guest list, set a separate table for the kids so you don’t have to put their food next to the delicious recipes.
