With some coconut milk + herbs, I think we nailed it!

Ninja Foodi Blender Butternut Squash Soup With Rosemary
Pour in the cream and season with hot sauce, as I like. Make it clean or smooth, it’s up to you!
Start by choosing a well-ripened butternut shell. The average size will be enough to feed at least 4 people. I like to first cut the skin lengthwise, scoop out the seeds and tough parts, and then remove the skin. Use a knife or vegetable peeler. And be careful. Butternut can be difficult to peel or cut, just use a sharp knife and remover.
Place in a pressure cooker using a sharp knife cut through the butternut shell. Cut the onion in half. Add to butternut squash. Take your favorite apple and cut it in half. Cut the seeds. Add the unpeeled apples to the pot. There is no need to peel it, as the peel will soften under pressure and blend easily.
Air Fryer Butternut Squash Soup
Choose and add spices. I added ½ teaspoon of salt and adjusted my taste after tasting the broth.
Close the lid and set the Ninja Foodi on high pressure for 8 minutes. Remember to close the steam valve. When it’s done. Carefully open the lid. If you have an immersion blender, use it to mix and blend all the ingredients until smooth. Look at the flowers!
You can also use a food processor or regular blender. Place everything from the inner Ninja Foodi jars into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

Spoon into bowls and top with whipped cream (optional) and some toasted pumpkin or other seeds.
You can use any apple you like in this recipe. I like sweet apples, so I used Fuji. The soup turned out to be too sweet, so I recommend adding only half of the apple. Red sweet or pink lady apples are also delicious choices.
If you use a less sweet apple, or if you grind it like a sweet apple, the soup will be an apple too.
