I have to thank my friends Gary and Sue for bringing me this recipe. God is interested. It all started when Gary posted a recipe link on Facebook after Sue made this delicious dish for dinner. Southern natives Gary and Sue make their stuffed peppers with crawfish. It sounded interesting, so I looked for crabs at a local grocery store (in Fort Myers, FL).

Since we were entertaining guests this week, I decided to go with easy and familiar over new and exotic. It’s important to remember this every time you cook and entertain.
