We love couscous in this house. I would go so far as to say I love it more than rice or any other grain I make as a side dish. It is not used as pasta – it always replaces grain. And the pearl couscous is absolutely the best. I love how massive it is. The texture is chewy but soft at the same time. It goes well with soup.
