Praline Topped Sweet Potato Recipe
Feel free to leave out the candied pecans to make them nut-free, or substitute marshmallows with vegan marshmallows. You can skip the marshmallows and just use pecans or walnuts.
Make Ahead Tip: You can make the potato mixture 1 day ahead, place it in a baking dish, cover the top with foil, then refrigerate until the next day. Before serving, bring the sweet potato mixture to room temperature, top with pecans/marshmallows and place in the oven to bake at 375ºF for 15-20 minutes.
