I also had to order new shoes for Miss K because the shoes I wore her last week didn’t fit this week. Children. I swear they grow overnight sometimes! So as long as it all comes in time, I should have two beautiful matching girls to show off at Easter.

Leftovers of ham look good. Wrap it well in several layers of foil and seal it in a large plastic bag. Well sealed, ham will last up to six months in the fridge.
Now onto that pasta on hand! You guys are like awesome, made in about 30 minutes and have your veggies and pasta all in one dish! Once I made it I couldn’t stop eating it and I look forward to whipping it up again soon. The sauce is homemade, but it’s ridiculously easy and as light as a pasta dish so dig in and enjoy!

You can reheat it in the oven by placing it in a shallow baking dish with ½ cup stock and heating it to 325°F for 20-25 minutes. Or, if you only need to reheat a few pieces, try using an air fryer at 350°F for 3-5 minutes.
