Serving Size: A 5-pound breast should feed 6-8 adults, a 7-pound breast should feed about 8-10.
Cooking Time: The cooking time really depends on the size/thickness of the stuffed turkey breast. For two turkey breasts, I only cook for 15 minutes before turning. When I use a bone-in turkey breast (2.75 pounds), I cook for about 30 minutes before turning.
Time-saving tip: My favorite way to save time (and skip the mess!) cooking bacon for a recipe like this is to use bacon bits and microwave. Place the bacon pieces (they look uncooked, instead of brown and “dry”) in a small bowl and microwave for 20-40 seconds. You’ll be surprised how amazing it is!

Changing dry grass: If you don’t have fresh grass on hand, don’t worry. Use only 1 teaspoon of dried Herbs de Provence or Italian seasoning.
Reheating option: These are best served fresh but can be reheated well in the microwave – just be careful as the cheese may melt in the middle if you cook it for too long. Microwave each portion in the microwave at 50% power for 1 minute, alternatively you can reheat one or two portions by placing them on the stove or you can heat them in a foil-lined plate in a 350 degree oven.
