Growing up, I didn’t like sweet potatoes very much, so every dinner I took a spoonful of my Nana’s mashed potatoes and methodically devoured every little marshmallow that was baked in my serving – leaving behind a pile of my dessert. tin. potatoes.

Not a big fan of mashed potatoes, I peeled and mashed the potatoes and baked them on a baking sheet with brown sugar and butter. Then put it in a pan and use streusel and marshmallow toppings.
